Refund policy

CommodityRealm sells two kinds of product through Whop: a monthly membership (Standard or Premium), and a one-off digital download, the First Deal Kit. This page covers both.

Memberships

A membership gives you immediate access to digital content and, on Premium, to your own deal desk, the mandate desk and the weekly call. Because access starts the moment you pay, membership payments are not refunded.

What each plan includes is listed on the plans page. Neither plan includes deals done for you, guaranteed introductions or any guaranteed result. Some guides unlock on set dates, which are shown in the library before you join.

Cancelling a membership

You can cancel at any time from your Whop hub. Cancelling stops the next charge; your access continues to the end of the month you have already paid for. There is no refund for the current month or any part of it. If you are unsure, start with Standard: you can upgrade at any time.

The First Deal Kit

The First Deal Kit is a single payment for a 45-page PDF, delivered immediately after payment in your Whop account and at commodityrealm.com/kit. It is not a subscription and nothing renews.

Because the kit is delivered as soon as you pay, it is not refundable once you have opened or downloaded it. If you cannot open or download it, email us and we will fix your access or refund you. The kit page lists its exact contents and shows sample pages, so you can see what you are buying first.

Errors

If you are charged twice, or charged after you have cancelled, email ceo@commodityrealm.com and the duplicate charge will be reversed.

Your statutory rights

By paying, you ask for access to begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right to cancel that would otherwise apply to digital content once access has begun. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot be excluded by law in your country.
