Refund policy

CommodityRealm is a monthly membership that gives you immediate access to digital content and a members' desk. Because access starts the moment you pay, payments are not refunded.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your Whop hub. Cancelling stops the next charge; your access continues to the end of the month you have already paid for. There is no refund for the current month or any part of it.

Before you join

The landing page describes exactly what each plan includes, and the Premium plan is only worth it if you are already working a lane. Read it, and if you are unsure, start with Standard: you can upgrade at any time.

Errors

If you are charged twice, or charged after you have cancelled, email ceo@commodityrealm.com and the duplicate charge will be reversed.

Your statutory rights

By paying, you ask for access to begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right to cancel that would otherwise apply to digital content once access has begun. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot be excluded by law in your country.
