Privacy

What we hold

Your Whop account id, name and email, which are your login; your plan and payment status, which live with Whop (we never see your card number); anything you write in an introduction request or a check-in question; the deals, counterparties and documents you record on your desk; and standard server logs. If you ask for the free guide without joining, we hold only your email, the page you asked from, whether you ticked the box for further emails, and the wording you agreed to. We also count page visits, guide requests and clicks to checkout as daily totals, with no cookies and nothing that identifies you.

Why

To log you in, to know which plan you are on, to make introductions you ask for, and to run the weekly call. If you asked for the free guide, to email it to you and, only if you ticked the box, to send the short series of tips and offers it described; every one of those emails lets you stop them. If you buy the First Deal Kit, Whop tells us so we can let you download it. Login links and emails are sent through Resend. Payments are processed by Whop under its own privacy policy.

Who sees it

The operator. Introduction requests are passed to the relevant mandate holder only after you have signed the paperwork for that introduction. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you logged in for 30 days. If you accept it on the banner, Meta's pixel also sets its cookies so we can measure our Instagram and Facebook ads; decline and nothing is loaded. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Your rights

Email to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Deleting your account ends your membership.
