End user licence agreement

This licence covers your use of the CommodityRealm members' desk at commodityrealm.com and the material in it: the guides, the templates, the pipeline tracker and the mandate desk. It sits alongside the terms of service, which govern your membership.

What you are licensed to do

While your membership is active you may use the desk and read, download and print the guides and templates for your own business use. The licence is personal to you, non-exclusive and non-transferable.

What you may not do

You may not share your login, copy or redistribute the guides, templates or any part of the desk to anyone who is not a member, publish them, sell them, or use them to build a competing product. You may not scrape, mirror, decompile or interfere with the desk, or use automated tools to access it. Templates may be adapted for your own deals; the adapted documents are yours, the templates are not.

Your data in the desk

The pipeline tracker and the record of what you have submitted are stored in your own browser, not on our servers, so they are yours to keep or clear. Mandate desk submissions are sent to the operator by email and handled as described in the privacy policy.

No warranty

The desk and its content are provided as they are. They are education from one working desk, not legal, tax, investment or financial advice, and nothing in them guarantees that any deal will close or any fee will be paid. You remain responsible for verifying every counterparty and document in your own transactions.

Ending the licence

The licence ends when your membership ends, or immediately if you breach this licence or the terms of service. On ending, you must stop using the material, though documents you have already adapted for your own deals remain yours.

Governing law

This licence is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
